Q: How will I get my Workbook pages?

A: They will be sent by encrypted email to you.

Q: What if I register directly?

A: When you register directly you have to provide your email and telephone number.

I will therefore contact you when I receive confirmation of your registration to welcome you and to send the Workbook pages for the following week.

Q: If the group time is not convenient for me, can I book the coaching sessions as an individual rather than with a group?

A: Yes you can, I offer both group and individual training sessions.

Seven Easy Agreements for the Group Sessions

1. Keep it light!

There is no competition. The best part of this journey is applying the skills to your life.

2. We will therefore provide mutual support.

3. We will respect everyone regardless of race, sex, class, ethnicity, religious persuasion, or disability.

And we will use language that is appropriate for our children and grandchildren. Meaning, no offensive, obscene, or vulgar words.

4: You will apologize for breaking the rules mentioned in 2 and 3.

If you persist, then after two warnings you will no longer be allowed to join the discussion component of the sessions. 4. Use the case studies and stories from the workbook for discussions.

5. With respect to your personal life, only share what you are comfortable sharing, as confidentiality cannot be assured in these discussions.

6. Remember to allow other persons to share in the discussions.
